Jiangsu Tianpeng Electromechanical Manufacturing Co., Ltd.R & D, manufacturing plate feeder, has more than ten years of history. The form of plate feeder is divided into light, medium and heavy. At present, the products have been standardized and serialized. Over the years the company for various types of mines at home and abroad (metallurgy, building materials, coal, chemical and other industries) produced more than a thousand different specifications of the plate feeder.
The company's plate feeder specifications are complete, width 500~3400mm, feeding capacity from 60~4500t/h, * large inclination 25°, can meet the needs of different users.
Our products are exported to Kazakhstan, Rwanda, Syria, South Africa, Vietnam, Mongolia and other countries. At present,our company produces plate feeder is designed and manufactured using proprietary technology. Is a new type of plate feeder with its own characteristics. Its characteristics are as follows:
1. The driving device does not need a foundation, and adopts a single-point floating bearing form, which is directly suspended on the spindle to ensure installation accuracy. The reducer adopts direct-cross planetary hard tooth surface combination type; oil pool lubrication; brake protection to ensure reverse self-locking; locking disk connection is adopted at the end of output shaft to ensure concentricity. The drive device can minimize the transverse size of the feeder.
2. The drive sprocket adopts special drive gear tooth block of detachable bulldozer, which is convenient to maintain and reduces the overall replacement cost. The drive chain adopts standard crawler chain produced by special manufacturer, without lubrication, convenient installation and maintenance, no deviation, good interchangeability and long service life. The driven sprocket is made of high strength alloy steel and quenched, which has good wear resistance.
3. Conveying trough plate adopts manganese steel plate, punching and welding structure. Precision tooling assembly welding and machining, to ensure that the slot between the lap accuracy, use of no leakage. The groove plate has high strength and rigidity, abrasion resistance, durability and impact resistance, and ensures a service life of more than five years.
4. The supporting wheel and carrier wheel are quenched by heat treatment of 40Cr material. Its lubrication is glycerin lubrication, one-time oil can be used for one year, oil gun can be used during overhaul. Multi-point grease pump can also be used according to customer requirements to concentrate oil supply.
5. Self-aligning rolling bearings are used for all rotating parts. Good sealing performance and lubrication effect, low resistance coefficient, reduced power consumption.
6. All connections between main shaft and bearing and chain wheel are connected by expansion sleeve and locking disk. Not only does not damage the journal, but also avoids stress concentration caused by opening the keyway, and is convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
7. The tail tension device is equipped with compound spring, which can effectively buffer the impact load of chain belt.
