Running device is the key part of plate feeder, including keel, conveyor belt, side skirt and conveyor chain.
The keel is made of high-quality carbon structural steel and welded with wear-resistant backing plates. It has unique design and manufacture, excellent rigidity, strength, large bearing capacity and wear resistance.
Conveyor belt for steel cord conveyor belt, tensile strength, suitable for carrying and conveying high viscosity, high humidity, heavy bulk of special raw materials. Conveyor belt laid on the keel, so that it can withstand the silo pressure, resist the impact of bulk materials.
The side skirt plate is connected with the keel and the conveyor belt through hexagonal bolt groups, washers and double nuts, and plays the role of compressing the conveyor belt.
Conveying chain is roller chain, including inner chain plate, outer chain plate, sleeve, edge-roller, solid pin shaft and attached plate. The inner chain plate presses the sleeve tightly, the pin shaft and the outer chain plate are matched with the flat mouth without relative movement, and the roller and the sleeve, the sleeve and the pin shaft are all in clearance fit. Conveyor chain is connected to keel by bolt group, which is used to pull keel and bear material load.
